Tube notcher policies
Shipping, returns, warranty, and payment terms.
Review these details before ordering the ARMA CNC Tube Notcher. If your destination or business situation is unusual, contact us before shipment.
Shipping and import details
Shipping is quoted separately because delivery cost depends on destination, shipment format, and the support configuration ordered with the machine. ARMA will provide the information needed to quote shipping before final payment or shipment.
Shipping quotes
- Shipping is quoted separately based on destination and shipment requirements.
- Freight, crating, insurance, delivery appointments, liftgate service, and remote-area fees may affect the final cost.
- Fixed-table buyers supply the long 2-inch outside-dimension square-tube rails used to set table length unless otherwise quoted.
- Delivery timing depends on production schedule, carrier availability, customs processing, and destination.
Import duties and fees
U.S. and international customers may be responsible for import duties, tariffs, brokerage, customs fees, taxes, and related charges. These costs depend on current trade rules, product classification, shipment value, and destination.
- Import costs are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated in writing.
- The buyer is responsible for confirming final import costs with a customs broker or carrier.
- USMCA/CUSMA treatment may apply in some cases, but final eligibility is determined through customs review.
- ARMA can provide available product, origin, invoice, and classification details needed by a customs broker.
Receiving the shipment
Inspect the shipment when it arrives. If the crate or packaging shows visible damage, note it with the carrier before accepting delivery and take photos before unpacking.
- Keep packaging materials until the machine has been inspected.
- Contact ARMA quickly if anything appears damaged or missing.
- Photos of packaging, shipment labels, and affected parts help with carrier claims.
Questions before shipment
If you are planning around delivery access, import paperwork, or freight handling, contact ARMA before shipment so we can help identify what needs to be arranged.
Return and warranty policy
The policy separates the 30-day shop-fit return window from the one-year workmanship warranty.
Shop-fit guarantee
Use the ARMA CNC Tube Notcher for 30 days from delivery. If it does not earn its place in your shop, contact ARMA for return authorization and send it back. The product price will be refunded when the machine is complete, unmodified, and not damaged from misuse.
- 30-day return window from delivery.
- No restocking fee when the returned machine is complete and not abused.
- Refund covers the product price, not original shipping, duties, tariffs, brokerage, or other import costs.
- Customer covers return shipping for buyer’s remorse, workflow fit, or preference-based returns.
- ARMA covers reasonable return shipping when the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error.
- Refunds may be reduced for missing parts, modifications, or misuse damage.
One-year workmanship warranty
ARMA-supplied machine components are covered for one year against defects in materials and workmanship. If a covered defect occurs under normal use, ARMA will repair or replace the affected component.
- Covered: defects in ARMA-supplied machine parts, materials, or workmanship under normal use.
- Not covered: normal wear, consumables, misuse, abuse, unsafe setup, crash damage, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or third-party equipment.
- Plasma consumables and third-party equipment are handled by the original manufacturer warranty.
- Photos, video, or troubleshooting details may be required before a warranty return is approved.
- When the issue is clearly a covered defect, ARMA covers reasonable shipping for repair or replacement.
Before sending anything back
Contact ARMA first. The issue may be solvable remotely, and the correct return address, packaging, and shipping plan must be confirmed before anything is sent.
Business payment terms
The ARMA CNC Tube Notcher is priced at $12,000 USD for either the portable or fixed-table format. If cash timing is the only thing slowing your shop down, ask about business payment terms.
Standard purchase
- $12,000 USD upfront for the machine.
- Shipping, import costs, duties, tariffs, brokerage, taxes, and optional services are handled separately.
- The machine is purchased for your shop; this is not a rental, lease, or lease-to-own program.
Business payment plan
For qualified business buyers, ARMA may be able to split payment into a larger upfront payment and a short monthly schedule.
- $6,500 USD upfront.
- $1,000 USD per month for 6 months.
- Available to qualified business buyers.
- Terms must be approved and confirmed in writing before shipment.
